Discover Fun Life: Dog Friendly Florida

 We make it our business to find cool spots around Florida that are pet friendly. Let me tell you that you should definitely add it to your list of dog friendly places if you're looking for a fun spot with great food.

We just hosted our Barks N' Brunch meetup event at Batch New Southern Kitchen in Ft. Lauderdale. It's located centrally in Flagler Village, right on Federal Highway in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale. It has an awesome outside area with plenty of seating in the shade, a fun courtyard with turf and plenty of large umbrellas. The string lights overhead give it a cozy feeling. There are a few high top tables outside next to the outside bar. There's plenty of shade so you won't overheat in the Florida sun. There's free parking at the Manor and also if you're luck to find street parking, you won't have to pay. The bathrooms are super clean, staff is welcoming and very friendly.

The food is delicious. I had the avocado toast with a sunny side up egg. I enjoyed every bite. I saw some pancakes come out that looked amazing and our friends had the chicken and waffles. They even had some crab cakes that looked incredible and the shrimp and grits looked tasty too. They were even nice enough to cook some plain scrambled eggs for the pups.

Asking for the check was super easy. The waitress conveniently kept track of our orders on separate tabs, and to pay it was the simple click of a button.

Overall, it was a great experience and I can't wait to host my next event there on the 21st. This time, happy hour style.
